Since arriving in Washington, Rep. Min has been laser-focused on delivering for Orange County families and standing up for the rule of law.

As a member of the Joint Economic Committee, House Oversight Committee, and House Natural Resources Committee, Rep. Min has fought back against the lawlessness of the Trump administration.

  • As Elon Musk and Donald Trump coalesce more power around themselves, Rep. Min has introduced two bills, the Bad DOGE Act and the Special Government Employees Transparency Act, to hold unelected billionaire Elon Musk accountable. These bills would repeal the executive order creating DOGE, and require special government employees like Elon Musk to follow the same financial disclosures and ethics rules as other federal  government employees.
    • As a result of his efforts, Rep. Min was appointed to the Rapid Response Task Force and Litigation Working Group to keep holding power to account and to protect and defend hard working Americans.
    •

Despite partisan gridlock, Rep. Min remains committed to standing up for Orange County in Washington.

  • Rep. Min has held over 40 in-district events, including town halls, Lunar New Year celebrations, office hours, and roundtable discussions to hear from Orange County residents about their concerns and how he can best represent them in Washington.
  • Rep. Min has held two town halls since being elected in January.
    • In February, he held a telephone town hall with over 10,000 constituents.
    • In March, he held his first in person town hall, with over 1,500 people in attendance.
  • In February, Rep. Min introduced his first bill, the Aquatic Biodiversity Preservation Act, to continue the legacy he built in the California State Senate as a climate champion and to protect the biodiversity and marine life off California’s coasts.
  • Rep. Min was appointed as co-chair of the Building Resilient Housing Task Force with the House Sustainable Energy and Environment Coalition to build out housing stock in a way that addresses the dual crises of housing affordability and climate change.
  • Rep. Min has returned nearly $100,000 to constituents in his first three months as a member of Congress.
