Washington, D.C. — Following the Republican federal government shutdown, Representative Dave Min (CA-47) requested his pay be withheld until the federal government is fully reopened.
“I cannot in good conscience collect my salary while millions of federal workers, including members of our military, are not receiving their income,” said Rep. Min. “I stand with our military service members and federal workers during this government shutdown.”

Washington, D.C. — Following the unprecedented decision by Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) Director William “Bill” Pulte to personally refer several political or elected officials to the DOJ for criminal prosecution for alleged mortgage fraud, Rep. Dave Min (CA-47) wrote a letter to the FHFA Inspector General’s Office demanding an investigation into Pulte. Rep.
