2026 NDAA Requests
As a Member of Congress, Representative Dave Min will have the opportunity to influence the drafting and passing of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
The NDAA is the main law that Congress passes each year to set funding levels and policies for the Department of Defense (DOD) and other national security programs. Additionally, this bill addresses broader defense priorities, ranging from modernizing technology to supporting military families. This bill is important because it ensures that our military and service members have the resources, training, and equipment needed to carry out their missions.
California’s 47th Congressional District is home to the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Station, an important Navy munitions depot, and several prominent companies that manufacture critical products and technologies for the U.S. military. Additionally, the district is home to many entities that benefit from DOD grants that allow them to conduct vital basic and applied defense-related research.
If you have a budgetary or policy proposal for the NDAA, please submit requests via the following NDAA Request Form.
If you have any questions about our office’s NDAA submission process, please email Leo Sheehan at leo.sheehan@mail.house.gov or call our office at (202) 225-5611.
