Washington, D.C. —  Representative Dave Min (CA-47), appointed by House Leadership to serve on the Litigation and Rapid Response Task Force to combat illegal and extreme actions taken by the Trump administration and Elon Musk, joined an amicus brief in defense of American consumers and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in the matter of National Treasury Employees Union (NTEU), et al. v. CFPB Acting Director Russell Vought, et al. before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

Washington, DC —  Representative Dave Min (CA-47), member of the House Oversight Committee, introduced the Bolstering America’s Democracy and Demanding Oversight and Government Ethics Act or the BAD DOGE Act. This legislation would repeal President Donald Trump’s executive order establishing and implementing DOGE. Representatives Melanie Stansbury (D-NM), Ayanna Pressley (D-MA), Jasmine Crockett (D-TX), and Yassamin Ansari (D-AZ) have joined as original cosponsors.

Washington, D.C. – This week, Representative Dave Min (CA-47), member of the House Natural Resources Committee, introduced an amendment calling on the Committee to investigate the impacts of Elon Musk’s illegal and unconstitutional DOGE efforts to slash 50% of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) workforce and 30% of the NOAA budget on coastal resilience, which could have devastating consequences for Orange County’s coast.

Wade decision, and two and a half years after Roe was overturned, Representative Dave Min (CA-47) announced that he joined the Reproductive Freedom Caucus and condemned H.R. 21, which is legislation put forth by House Republicans that would put draconian criminal penalties on reproductive health care providers and harm patients, in a new floor speech.
