STATEMENT: Rep. Dave Min on Voting to Release the Epstein Files

Washington, D.C. — Representative Dave Min (CA-47) released the following statement on voting to release the Epstein files: 

“Today’s victory was the first step in seeking justice for the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein’s horrendous crimes. However, given his months-long crusade to stop the release, I am deeply concerned that President Trump will continue to use any means necessary to prevent the full release of the Epstein files. 

Regardless of whether or not President Trump and his weaponized Justice Department take steps to impede the release of the files, we will not stop our work on the House Oversight Committee. Our subpoena for the files stands, and we will fight relentlessly to ensure every last file is released.”
