Representative Dave Min Returns $1 Million to Orange County Families Through Constituent Services

June 17, 2025

Irvine, CA — In his first six months in office, Representative Dave Min (CA-47) returned over $1 million to Orange County families. Through his robust constituent services operation, Rep. Min helped cut through red tape to make federal agencies such as the Social Security Administration, IRS, and Department of Veteran Affairs work better for the people and guarantee Orange County residents were returned the money they were owed.

“My top priority is always serving Orange County,” said Rep. Min. “I’m proud to have built a team that can efficiently respond to constituents’ needs and streamline processes to make sure people get what they are rightfully owed. To all of the Orange County families we’ve been able to serve – thank you for trusting my office to make the government work for you.”

Rep. Min was proud to help Marsha Sadnik by returning $19,873.70 owed by the Social Security Administration to her husband. Rep. Min also returned $1,805.56 to Joseph Simmons owed by the IRS after his payments had been stalled for a year.

“Thank you so much for your assistance with the Social Security payment that was owed to my husband,” said Marsha Sadnik from Irvine. “I so admire how Rep. Min serves and supports the American people, not just his constituents. Keep up the good fight! Again, thank you so much!

“Dave Min's office was able to help me resolve an amended return that had been stalled with the IRS for over a year,” said Joseph Simmons from Huntington Beach. “They responded promptly and had it resolved within weeks. Thank you, Dave Min!”
